By placing an order from the Cafe-Analog Webshop, you agree with our General terms and conditions:
ORDER
By pressing the “Place Order” button you have entered into a legally binding agreement to purchase the item (s). You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If this is not the case, then we have not received your order either. Then please contact us by e-mail at contact@cafe-analog.nl.
The ordered items are reserved for you 8 days. The time of reservation starts after receiving your order and the confirmation you receive by e-mail. We look forward to receiving your payment within these 8 days. If we have not received your payment within 8 days, you will receive a reminder via e-mail. You then have 3 days to pay. The order will then be canceled. Orders are only sent after payment has been received. No exception is made to this. After receiving the payment, the order will be sent as soon as possible, but no later than within 3 working days. The specified delivery time is indicative. An exception to the delivery time is when the webshop is closed. Orders are then sent later. This will be clearly stated on the Cafe-Analog homepage. Exceeding any delivery period does not give the right to compensation or the right to cancel the order or terminate the agreement.
CANCELING
Canceling an order is possible within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation. You can only cancel your order by sending an email to contact@cafe-analog.nl. State clearly your name and order number. If the canceled order has already been paid, it will be refunded within 14 days.
COMPLAINTS
Are you having a complaint? We take them very serious. Please sent us an e-mail within 14 days after receiving the parcel. After that period no complaints will be accepted.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the items received, it is possible to return them.
If you want to return an item, please first send an email to contact@cafe-analog.nl indicating:
- The order number (starting with #)
- The item or items you’d like to return
This must be done within 14 days after receiving your package.
After you have received a reply to your e-mail, you have another 14 days to ship the products back to:

Please ensure that you pay the correct postage price. If the postage price is insufficient, the remaining postage costs will be deducted from the amount credited to your account.
We will then refund the amount including the shipping costs (if applicable, unless it’s a partial return) within 14 days after receiving the product(s) back, provided that the product(s) has been returned in good order.
Notes:
We will not accept any returns if the items are used, damaged, or if we didn’t have e-mail contact.
We only accept returns of products in their original packaging.
SHIPPING
The greatest possible care is given to sending the articles.
We are responsible for loss, damage to the package or the content. In other words, shipping is our responsibility until the parcel reaches your doorstep.

We are using your private info only for our administration and communication with you. We will not use them otherwise or give them away to third parties.
