BK Tape No.014 // Conversion

Wakako : In the summer of 2019, Frido and I visited Bauhaus’s original school building in Dessau. “I was inspired” is an understatement to the way I felt about our experience of being there. A place where so many of BK designs had and continue to have an influence from. I spent my time sketching, writing, documenting all things I saw, felt, and learned. It was a rich experience that challenged me to continue asking the question of “what does wabi-sabi meets Bauhaus?”

Conversion is pieced from my journal pages specifically to the time we spent at Bauhaus.
