This is a made-to-order special coffee-dyed label handmade by Hiroko, and we are proud to be the first few to bring this product to Europe 🙂 Perfect for those of you who appreciate authentic ephemera to decorate your journal covers—and have that exclusive, artistic look.

The design was inspired by a “book classification label” that looks like it’s peeling off the spine of an old book. It comes in a very small box with a small label. You can enjoy the different textures of each piece. It is coffee-dyed antique processed labels that are one of a kind!  Hiroko uses paper that is slightly thicker than plant specimen labels, so it is easier to handle when gluing.

She also carefully creates each box with a waxed surface and a stamp. The shape is similar to the button box used in France’s haberdashery shop.
