This is an authentic ‘URUSHI* GAMI’ Japanese, lacquer Pen-tray. Keep your favorite pens, stamps or other Stationery on it, on your working table. (It looks so pretty in a picture too!)
*Urushi paper is made by craftsmen repeatedly coating molded paper with cashew paint, which does not cause rashes, in the same process as that used for lacquerware. Combining traditional beauty and durability, lacquer paper has a deep taste and warmth. It can be used not only for pens but also for accessories, keys, etc., or as a cash tray.
