Some ideas on how to use your monthly regular insert:

1. For work/planning, write down all the significant dates/events, anniversaries, birthdays, meetings, deadlines, etc., to stay on top of things! You can also use stickers and stamps to fill the empty days 😀
2. For memory-keeping, write one tiny highlight about your day or one thing you’re most grateful for that day—and then you’ll have a small booklet full of beautiful memories from 2024!
3. For self-care journaling, track your habits daily with stickers or stamps in each column, or record your general daily mood/feelings with stamps/color-code. Once you see an alarming pattern, make plans to tackle it or look for help. Once you’re proud of your progress, give yourself a reward! 🙂
