TRC Traveler’s Notebook 2024 – Weekly Vertical – Regular Size

In 2024, The Traveler’s Company Traveler’s Notebook theme is TRAVELER’s TOWN! 🙂

Some ideas on how to use your weekly vertical:

1. For work/planning: put the no. 1 priority of the day on the top column, block your time for meetings, productive/focused work, etc., and write notes on the bottom part.
2. For memory-keeping, write the tiny highlights from your day and fill the empty spaces with stickers, washi, stamps, and other stationery supplies from your collection! It’s a fun, low-pressure way to document your day and great for beginners in creative journaling!
3. For self-care journaling, track how you spend your time daily and use three colors to differentiate your feelings during those chores. i.e., pink highlighter for happy/energizing, yellow highlighter for OK/neutral, blue highlighter for tired/stressed/draining your energy. Then, for instance, from 7 a.m. – 8 a.m., you are exercising. Is it pink, yellow, or blue? From 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., you are working on a proposal. Is it pink, yellow, or blue? If you do this daily, you will start seeing patterns to decide how to tackle your day’s tasks and manage your energy.
